Project 1 : Thermal Phase Separation (TPS-3EC)

The thermal phase separation is a patented process which is used for safely extracting all hydrocarbon contaminants from soil and sludge in oil and gas industry using indirectly applied heat in an enclosed chamber.
A TPS-3EC system consists of one control unit, three extraction chambers, vapor recovery, NC gas and one oil/water treatment unit.

The scope of the project is to design PID’s, Twenty six chemical injection packages, piping(downstream) and general assemblies and provide detail manufacturing drawings of piping, structural drawings which are mainly used in production and processing of oil and gas plants.
Piping System design using P&ID for the Processing Equipment.
Deciding the hierarchy of the assemblies and creating assemblies of various process equipment, piping and structures as per customer standards.
Project 4 : ETO Crane Structural

The scope of the project is to provide the as built drawings and design the structure to increase the strength.
To design an as built structure based on the inputs provided by the customer.
To modify the structure based on the structural analysis report given by the structural engineer to strengthen the structure.
To provide detail fabrication drawings and BOM.
Project 5 : Power production
Client : Tata Projects
The scope of the project is to generate power from waste heat.
To indulge in technical discussions with customer and design the piping (upstream & downstream), structures and positioning of equipment based on the inputs provided by them.
