Trained 20+ new employees prior to the opening of new Kroger Marketplace stores. Demonstrated the necessary duties how to incorporate the best practices for sales and customer services, as well as improving department efficiency. Productivity and training methods were surveyed by a District Manager.

Along with teammates, followed required procedures for maintenance and reduction of lost sales by monitoring which merchandise needed to be scanned and properly disposed of. Within several months, shrink reduction in the Bakery, along with the Mid-Atlantic Region of Kroger went from the bottom 20% of stores to the top 10%.
