RAPID RISK ANALYSIS:
(a) Integrated Refinery Expansion Project, Kochi:
Finalization of Plot Plan and Licensor, initial analysis carried out to ascertain risk associated with the Unit as a Primary assessment in-order to reduce Major changes during detailed engineering. Performed for the entire integrated refinery Complex, Kochi Comprises of Mother Unit CDU/VDU, NHT/CCR, ISOM, SRU, DHDT, VGO-HDT, LPG treating session etc. pg. 5
(b) Ramagundam Fertilizer Project, Andhra Pradesh: Risk Assessment Study carried out for Ammonia, Urea Plant Licensed by KBR and stamicarbon. Rapid Risk Analysis study identifies the hazards associated with the project, analyses the consequences, of all likely incidents, draws suitable conclusions and provides necessary recommendations to mitigate the hazard/ risk.
(c) Cairn Energy Limited, Rajasthan:
Risk Analysis (RA) study for the new pipeline network of MDP (Mangala Development Pipeline) and associated facilities. This includes Crude Oil and Natural Gas. The study evaluates the process hazards emanating from different potential accident scenarios and analyses the damage effect for the new( Crude/Natural gas pipeline network.
SIL STUDY:
Technical Lead : SIL Study KOC-GC 31 Project and Co-coordinator for the Entire SILstudy. The Study was carried out by the SIL XLencia Software for the ISBL section of the Unit and follow up with other Disciplines for Close Out and Report Preparation. SHE REGISTER Preparation and updating as a part of tracking the documents for Entire Process Safety aspects.
FEED VERIFICATION/BID EVALUATION, GASCO ABUDHABI:
YAS MINA PIPELINE,GASCO Abu Dhabi - Lead process/Safety engineer responsible for Design review of shewahit-3 pipeline which includes cyclone separator, filter and metering skid for removal of black particles from the system.
INTEGRITY STUDY, GASCO ABUDHABI:
Integrity of pipeline, GASCO Abu Dhabi- ARKAN Pipeline integrity is checked for smooth take over from the Contractor by reviewing the Documents carrying out Site Visits and Audits and Compliance with GASCO DGS/Standards. Providing recommendations on deviation noticed with suitable corrective actions.
REVIEW OF DOCUMENTS SAFETY STUDIES – GC-31 KOC:
( a ) QRA,FERA,EERA,GSDA,HSEIA,FV,FD,( HCA ) Chemical Risk Assessment Study etc. Review of the Documents as per the Project requirement with Proper coordination Consultant
