RECRUITMENT
Responsible for full cycle recruitment and onboarding of staff. Duties included posting positions, parsing resumes, liaising with hiring managers and conducting interviews.
Managed the pre-hire process for a high volume of new hires (90+ per week). Duties included background checks, employment verifications, reference compilation, license verifications and offer letter preparation.
