•Design Engineer role responsible for the reverse engineering of existing cast production engine blocks through the process of CMM-PCDEMIS inspection and redesigning and optimizing per application for the High performance Industry utilizing aluminum billet via NX8. Designed through utilization of the above methodology the AMS Performance Nissan ALPHA/OMEGA 3.8L V6 GTR Billet Engine Block that took first place in the 2015 North American Street Car Shoot out in Dallas Texas; with a winning speed of 208mi. per hr. in the rolling
quarter mile. Then went on to set a track record at Milan Michigan dragway
of 189mph in the standing 1/4 mile.
•Also responsible for the inspection of numerous components including but not limited to Camshafts, Prototype engine components such as heads, cranks, valve trains.
•As well as responsible for vendor procurement for various component after treatments, i.e., Heat treatment, Grinding, Magnetic particle inspection, Copper carbon masking;

•Sole Designer for the Controls group; responsible for the design
and prototype build of various engine controls products including
but not limited to throttle position sensors, transmission speed sensors,
throttle body intake control stepper motor, various cruise lever configurations-
involving complex free-form surface development for plastic injection molded
housing as well as sonic welding architecure for final assembly closure.
Also; with engineering input, developed, designed and oversaw prototype build
of the first marketable drive by wire pedal module, initially developed for the introduction of the first GM 1981 ZR1-Corvette.

•Sr. Designer North American truck converters. Designed and followed though to production release, numerous converter designs. Mentored proto-type department model makers as well as less experienced designers with the functionality of Unigraphics. Worked with cross-functional teams to reduce warranty issues and incorporate Lean practices throughout the exhaust design department.
•Performed converter cold-bend analysis for exhaust department.
•Created fully parameterized; infinitely adjustable converter end cone template; dramatically reducing model creation time.
•Participated in Win the Business teams and Designed and followed through to production launch GMT800 & 900 converter programs, recognized as the largest historical business win for the Delphi exhaust team
