Provide development and construction management for a continuing care retirement community developer. Development projects consist of multiple building types, residential living, assisted living, dementia units, and skilled nursing facilities. Responsibilities comprise of contract preparation and writing, approving project scope of work and specifications. Other responsibilities include management of various consultants including project architect, landscape architect, interior designer, civil, soil, structural and MEP engineers.

Current duties include assisting ownership partners in locating and acquiring new project sites. The process includes visiting and evaluating potential development sites, performing demographic market studies to ensure market acceptance, perform financial feasibility study and forecast pro forma financials. Discussions and negotiations with city planners and municipalities as to site specific design, utility requirements, fee structure(s), and project permitting.
