Served as the lead teacher for a child development center. I was responsible for developing an overall curriculum for the classroom, and from that, develop units of study that include daily lessons. I planned during the school day and some of the work after hours, created bulletin boards, classroom centers and hands-on activities that reinforce the lessons that was taught. Communication with parents, developed lessons based on each child’s capabilities and works to meet their cognitive, emotional, physical and social needs.
