1.Identifying potential vendors for needed products.

2.Strategically approach and invite vendors to take part in the vendor selection process of the company.

3.Accredit those vendors that passed the qualifications of the company.

4.Set standard quality, terms and conditions with each vendors before the actual negotiations.

5.Negotiate with supplier for the best price.

6.Once contract is concluded, issue and manage the original purchase contract and make sure the supplier will sign our contract within certain time frame.


1.Collect data about the industry in a regular basis and target customers in line with the division general goal.

2.Approach potential customers and find out the company standing of each potential buyers to assure that the company will have a calculated risk dealing with the said client.

3.Register the customer in the company s system (like SAP/ECC) for accreditation and application of necessary internal procedures.

4.Finalize with the customer the standard specifications, terms and conditions of each products that we might potentially supply to them.

5.Negotiate the customer for the price and date of delivery.

6.Draft, issue and manage the original contract with the buyer and make sure that it will be signed timely by the buyer.


1.Plan the shipment of all of the assigned products.

2.Send to both the supplier and the buyers the shipment plan and get their confirmation.

3.Arrange freight, tracking, insurance or any other external value added services to the cargo if needed.

4.Manage the shipping documents and make sure that they are issued on time.

Post shipment:

1.Troubleshooting and customer services after sales or execution of the cargo if any unforeseen incident occur.

Project management:

1.Identify potential projects on the industry assigned.

2.Market and feasibility research and study.

3.Writing business proposal if the result of the study is favorable.

4.Business planning once the proposal is approved.

5.Execution of the project and revision of the business plans if necessary.
