I managed the front end of the pharmacy from keeping items stocked, pulling and returning expired or damaged medication, placed daily orders, and greeted and assisted every individual that came in to get the care they were needing. In addition to that I processed all of the diabetic shoe orders from start to finish which included: patient intake information, verifying insurance, getting prior authorization as needed, placed orders from reputable distributors, checked all orders coming in and processed order to get ready for pick up or delivery. Once all information obtained, chart was double checked for quality assurance and then scanned into our system where it was then turned over for processing with our billing service.
