Senior community Researcher/ On The Job Trainer

my position consisted of assisting managers with their team on a every day basis. Sending individual metrics, quality, and completes per hour; also holding individuals accountable to maintain a high level of performance.

As a senior it was my responsibility to listen to calls below one hundred percent, using the "Nice System" and give constructive feedback to the caller, (sometimes unjustified calls would be disputed). I also conducted weekly team meetings and reported back to my supervisor on all of my one on one meetings.

On The Job Trainer-

I acquired 1,500 plus hours of training. In charge of creating and teaching company curriculum and working closely with quality control analyst, to ensure and maintain a higher learning curve as well as increasing employee retention rate; all while managing a team on a forty hour shift. Also, creating a great business relationships with temp agency recruiters. End of training week I would create individual updated observation profiles of the new hires, both soft and hard copies and disperse the files. In charge of Coordinating each graduation; consists of being in charge of a set budget, creating a menu, and assembling decorations and having fun!
