Supervises all aspects of kitchen duties including, but not limited to: staffing, inventory, and health department inspections. Approves timesheets for bi-weekly payroll. Reviews inventory logs for supplies and equipment. Supervises front desk staff, teaching staff, volunteers and interns.

Oversees teaching and operations, maintaining all standards including safety, licensing requirements and provision of quality curricula. When required to attend partner meetings, will delegate Center management to appropriate staff, i.e. the Administrative Assistant and Staff Lead Teacher. Creates weekly staff schedules ensuring classrooms are adequately staffed and child-to-teacher ratios are maintained per state licensing. Reviews lesson plans approved by Lead Teacher. Oversees volunteer background checks and forwards applications to Human Resources.

Provides documentation for on- and off-site Human Resources files.

Conducts monthly fire drills and quarterly tornado and earthquake drills. Maintains documentation of drills for licensing.
