Mstr of Towing [Bunker Ops] Mgr / Consultant / Liaison between USCG, insurance companies, ABS surveyors and various marine depts. Responsible for the day to day operations of tugs and fuel barges. Provide and manage the personnel, maintenance and repair of all equipment. Produce and broker charters for vessels. Operate Tugs [MSTR] for harbor assist [ship docking] with Navy, Tropical Shipping & Crowley Liner Vessels [large 550’ tri-deck barges] on weekly calls. Dredging Ops in Charlotte Amalie, USVI.

1998-2000 Caribbean Treasure Hunters: Consultant in design / supervised completion of new 110’ vessel in shipyard. Following completion, I delivered vessel from Louisiana to Florida where I supervised and completed the remaining outfitting (electrical / plumbing / mechanical) requirements for the vessel. In March 2000, delivered vessel to Ecuador and began [salvage ops] Treasure Recovery from the sunken Spanish Galleon "Jesus Maria la Limpiar della Conception” (La Capitana) circa 1554.
