Provide and manage the personnel, maintenance and repair of all equipment. Produce and broker charters for vessels. 1998-2000 Caribbean Treasure Hunters: Consultant in design / supervised completion of new 110’ vessel in shipyard. Following completion, I delivered vessel from Louisiana to Florida where I supervised and completed the remaining outfitting (electrical / plumbing / mechanical) requirements for the vessel. In March 2000, delivered vessel to Ecuador and began [salvage ops] Treasure Recovery from the sunken Spanish Galleon "Jesus Maria la Limpiar della Conception” (La Capitana) circa 1554.
