I was asked to take on the duties of this position for a period of seven (7) months during which Aegis Mortgage Corporation (AMC) received several PEAK evaluation scores of "Superior" on the FannieMae Asset Development and Management - PEAK Performance Tool and twice received a perfect PEAK Score of 100 with a score ranking of No. 1 for our servicing peer group. This is the first time AMC had ever received perfect scores and No. 1 rankings.

SR SUB-SERVICING RECONCILIATION ANALYST (August 2005 – September 2007 also)

Responsible for balancing, reporting and remittance issues on HELOC Loan Portfolio being sub-serviced by another mortgage company. Position involved duties associated with being a liaison between the Sub-Servicing company and Aegis Mortgage Corporation. Clearing loan boarding rejects; reviewing payoff remittances for accuracy; having final release documents properly executed and returned to sub-servicer, etc. Completed Monthly Reconciliation of Trial Balance, Reconciliation of Principal Curtailment Remittance and Reconciliation of Monthly Interest Payment Remittances.
