Professional Experience

Designer(AutoCAD/Revit), Project Manager and Permit Coordinator/ Expediter, Consulting work with Architectural, Structural and Electrical projects. 2000-Present

Work with different architectural firms, contractors to do construction document drawings for residential and commercial buildings. Did space planning, Interior design in commercial spaces for Tenant Improvements like restaurants, clinics and Change of Use. Resolve building code violations including changing and upgrading occupancy classifications by providing clients with alternate, economical solutions within the requirements of the different departments of the San Francisco Building Department and Planning Commission.
