• Ensured cost savings on multi-million dollar national ad campaigns. Managing a small team of designers I was able to ensure printed pieces went out on time, within budget and without mistakes under my training, proofing and project management.

• Initiated a company wide archiving structure of all marketing assets, photo shoot assets, video assets and branding style guides. This structure enables creative departments to share assets across platforms while ensuring protection of original files. It also enabled quick delivery of trade assets.

• Implemented a community outreach program as a member of the Special Events Team. For years this team primarily concentrated on in-house team building. I proposed and implemented several events where hundreds of people came together to fill various local needs.
