Benefits were projected at over $10 million in 3-4 years.

Managed the development of a number of .NET-based ecommerce stores. Did more than 5 ecommerce stores, each resulting in more than a 30% increase in originally projected sales.

Managed implementation and configuration of a content management application (Stellent) to manage engineering department drawings. This 6 month, $300K project improved availability and reliability of CAD drawings, and shortened the time required to get a new drawing into production. Extensive Java-based customization was done with the implementation.

Served as project manager for the development of a web-based loyalty system for credit card holders of financial institutions so they could determine account balances and request rewards.
