Spearheaded the acquisition of a competitor transport company which grew Quest from 4 units to over 30 units. The acquisition provided a net gain of over $750K. The gain was used to improve infrastructure and acquire additional newer units.

Within 6 months of operation Quest had 31 units delivering in excess of 25 million gallons of petroleum per month, with the capacity to deliver 10 million gallons more. Achieved Quests first 33 million gallon month July 2007.

Chief Financial Officer Client Accounting (major client related party Petroleum Marketing Group (PMG)) 2004 - 2009

As a senior finance executive, I had full responsibility for strategic planning, development, implementation and management of all control and operating systems, for 15 to 20 clients with yearly revenues of greater than $500MM. million, which included a $530 million in sales downstream wholesale and retail convenience store marketer.

Reduced A/R turnover from greater than 10 to 4.5 days by developing credit policies, instituting aggressive collection strategies and establishing constructive dialogue with delinquent accounts.

Negotiated unsecured credit facilities of greater than $25 million and an additional secured of over $5 million. I was the main contact with all creditors once facilities were in place including monitoring and renewals.

Due diligence on new operations start-up and all other mergers, acquisitions and divestitures.

Process systems selection and implementation required to process over 30 thousand credit card transactions per day.
