Handles customer concerns and complaints with the objective of promoting customer Goodwill and satisfaction as well as promotes a harmonious relationship between the company, it's customers and the brand general.

Ensures that total quality customer service standards are properly implemented beginning from customer entry, inquiry, payment, and after-sales sevice.

Monitors all reports from stores regarding control of units including small and big items for proper coordination with the respective service centers for services of replacements.

Performs other duties that may be assigned by the immediate superior.
