Summary of Qualifications:

Mechanical Designer:

I was responsible for the generation of new mechanical designs of machined and injection molding parts such as packaging, rack and panels, housing, piping diagrams, modules, sheet metal, support brackets, rings, casting, machine shop drawings, enclosures, collars, hub roller bearings, and welding. I was also responsible for supporting engineering in research and development (R&D).

Electrical Designer:

Responsible for laying out schematic’s diagrams, interconnection diagrams, wiring diagrams,

cable layout, cable connectors, cable brackets, switches, plugs circular connectors and panels.

In addition, I also created electrical assembly, sub-assembly and detail drawings.

Responsible for routing cable, tubing and hose’s.

Checker:

I reviewed mechanical-electro designer drawings including assembly, sub-assembly, housing, piping diagrams, modules, sheet metal, support brackets, rings, casting, schematic diagrams, interconnection diagrams, wiring diagrams, cable layout, cable connectors, cable brackets, switches, plugs and panels. I utilized the Bills of Materials (BOM), vendor drawings and product specifications as reference.

Drafter:

Experience in manual and computer-generated drafting methods. Responsible for mechanical and electrical drawings using a BOM and incorporating engineering change orders, (ECOs)/Engineering Change Notices (ECNs).

Manufacturing:

As a checker, electrical and mechanical designer, I was responsible for interfacing with manufacturers throughout the design process. Able to meet high volume production needs with mechanical designs and implementation processes.

Documentation:

I have experience in DRAWING REQUIREMENTS MANUAL (DRM), DOD-STD-100,

DOD-STD-1000, ASME Y14.5, MIL-STD-100, MIL-HDBK-1000, ISO 9001 and AS9100 standards.

Software Knowledge:
