Working on the BIGFOOT ETLP ( Extended Tension Leg Platform) Off shore Project ( Client – CHEVRON) .

Checked different Packaged Equipment instrumentation for compliance with CHEVRON Standards & Specs and also API RP-14C compliance. This include different types of data sheets, Wiring Diagrams, Calculations, Loop drawings, Vendor Drawings, Index ( INtools) and all other pertinent documents..

In between [ from July ‘13 – Nov.’13 ] worked on PROJECT GEMINI – INEOS Olefins & Polymers Porte, TX

This is a High Density Polyethylene (HDPE) plant to increase capacity by 470 kt/year.

Prepared Control Valves, ON-Off Valves (includes Ram type) and Coriolis Flow Meter Data Sheets to go for quote.Checked Cause & Effect Diagrams (both SIS and DCS). Also checked and compared INEOS Project Engineering Design Guide with KBR Tech Specs on the following : 1.) PLC Installation narrative Specs 2) Gas Chromatographs 3) Control Valves 4) Safety Relief Valves 5) Analyzer Housing 6) Instrument Installation 7) General Instrumentation for Packaged Equipment. BURNS & McDONNELL, Houston, Texas (Sept 2011 – Sept. 2012)

Worked on two PRAXAIR Projects. The first one was in Texas City. Project was to install a third Dresser-Rand Compressor to run in parallel with the existing two and this will boost the pressure of excess Hydrogen molecules to supply an additional 50MMSCFD Hydrogen. Complete charge of job both for Engineering and Design which include Data Sheets, Loop Diagrams, Installation Details, Location Plans, Wiring Diagrams, and Termination in DCS(Delta V) cabinet

Second Project was PSA Upgrade at Deer Park Facility in La Porte, TX to reduce the operating pressure of the PSA from 70 Psig to 15 Psig in order to recover more high purity Hydrogen in the existing PSA Unit. Complete charge of the job both Engineering and Design similar to the above job.

CHEVRON – WHEATSTONE LNG PROJECT ( April 2010 – Ju. 2011 )

Worked as an I&C Consultant on the CHEVRON OPERATIONS side of the LNG Project [to be constructed in Western Australia] reviewing all the I&C documents that comes through COREWORKS from the EPC Contractor BECHTEL ( Chevron Team in Bechtel Bldg). Also participated in the HAZOP review of all 26 Units which lasted for five (5) months. This include Train 1, Train 2 and DOMGAS.

Worked on the Kuwait Oil Company’s WARA PRESSURE MAITENANCE PROJECT doing CAUSE & EFFECT, Control Valves and Index using SMART PLANT INSTRUMENTATION -INtools. Designed and developed specs for all types of Valves ( such as Control Valves, S/D Valves, MOV Valves. PSVs) using INtools for PETROBRAS –Brazil project

Worked as Lead Engineer on Propane De Hydrogenation Plant ( capacity 300 KTA) located in Bangkok, Thailand. Supervised five Engineers and four Designers. Also worked on BASF Ethylene cracking Furnace located in Port Arthur . Intensely involved in Loop Checking / testing part of the job at the Plant. Updated construction drawings with ‘ AS BUILT’ information.

Worked on Du Pont De Lisle, MS plant that makes Titanium Dioxide. Lead Engineer on two

Projects ; one is TRI Emissions Reduction Project ($35 Million ) and the other is SCD System

Upgrade Project ($15 Million ) . Did detailed design and supervising overall discipline functions and deliverables

including Du Pont Logic Diagrams. Worked at the Beaumont Office as Head of the Instrument Group and Lead

Engineer for CITIES SERVICE’s, Lake Charles, LA Projects. Also worked in the Du PONT Beaumont works for four (4) months.In the Houston Office worked on PHILLIPS PETROLEUM Co’s Gas Gathering Booster (Compressor) Stations scattered around Texas. Also worked on a 600# Steam Boiler Instrumentation Project for PHILLIPS Sweeny Plant.


Working on MARIMBA NORTH SUBSEA TIEBACK PROJECT (FPSO) at Fluor Building in Sugar Land. This is addition to KIZOMBA A & B projects. Developed CAUSE & EFFECT. Involved in HAZOP and SIL ( Safety Integrity Level) evaluation. Developed specs for Control Valves, Pressure Safety Valves and Flow Elements ( this include Calculations) using INtools. Also developed various Field Instrument specs.



Worked on WILLIAMS GAS PIPELINE Company's Compressor Stations and pipelines located in

different parts of United States. Developed specifications, scope of work and different types of

Panels such as Auxiliary Remote Control Panel, Unit Control Panels and Gas Detector Control

Panels. Checking all kinds of drawings and development of P&I D's. Also worked on NORTH BAJA PIPELINE (P G&E) and WISCONSIN GAS Co. projects.

GIBBS & HILL,INC. Comanche Peak Nuclear Station, Glen Rose, Texas (1985 - 1989)


Worked at the Comanche Peak Nuclear Station located near Fort Worth, Texas checking and verifying all the Vendor documents for all instruments and arrived at a Computer generated list showing deficiencies in documents and followed it up with respective Vendors to obtain the same to comply with NRC (Nuclear Regulatory Commission) requirements to satisfy license standards before fuel loading. Also calculated and developed SETPOINTS for all Instruments with respect to Alarms (High/Low), Shutdowns, and Deviations
