• Maintain machinery and auxiliary equipment in accordance with the manufacturers recommended standards, as modified by company policy

• Responsible for maintenance and operation on the vessel

• Handle all transfer of all fuel, lube oils and chemicals aboard the vessel

• Handle all reports of what the vessel is carrying
