OPTIMIZATION OF FAIRNESS INDEX San Diego State University Aug 2017 – May 2018

Currently working under Dr. WEI WANG, Associate Professor at SDSU to optimize the fairness index in non-orthogonal multiple access wireless networks. NOMA mainly works on power domain where the difference in the levels of power is considered to specify the access. The spectral efficiency of networks is predominantly increased using the technique called Non-Orthogonal Multiple Access. This technique is widely used in the fifth generation of mobile devices and networks.

Developed an e-commerce website using ajax, perl and mysql. Designed the website layout and developed all the features corresponding to the design. Designed the graphical representation of various products available for sale on the website. Established database connectivity for the website for the dynamic retrieval of product details. Tested the compatibility of the website on various browsers. Generated the sales and profits report for each product and summary report for all products.

STEGANOGRAPHY San Diego State University Jan 2017 – May 2017

Led a group of four for the project. The technique of Steganography is to send the messages securely from the sender to the recipient. In this project, a file is hidden in another file and a security key is associated with it. In the concealed file, the LSB of the each byte is encrypted using the encryption key and the plain text ( i.e., the original message). Then this encrypted file is sent to the recipient. At recipient side this encrypted data is extracted from each LSB and is decrypted to obtain the original information. Algorithms were designed and implemented using Java.

Presented a survey paper on Game theory. Studied various papers on Game theory and the techniques used. Game theory strategies may be the future of unlocking the full potential of spectrum bands by reducing inefficiency and maximizing benefit. There are many paradigms in wireless technology that may utilize game theory, including cognitive radio, femtocell communications and spectrum auction.

This android application allows you to provide feedback for professors. The user provides the id, name, phone number (which is validated), the selected name of the professor and the subject the professor teaches. The user rating and comments are also provided for the professor. After submitting the feedback, the user can download the provided feedback.

INDOOR TRACKING SYSTEM San Diego State University Aug 2016 – Dec 2016

Worked in a group of four and directed the activities for the project. This project mainly deals with the tracking of the objects based on Bluetooth communication technology using a beacon. The principles of motion are used to track the object. Algorithms were designed and implemented using Java. This project is a cost effective alternative solution for object tracking due to its minimal hardware requirements.

Developed an application using Java to conduct an exam online. This application has a timer and the user has to answer a given number of questions in the specified time. All the questions given are multiple choice questions. User may skip questions and review the unanswered questions at the end.

IMPLEMENTATION OF KMP ALGORITHM Osmania University Aug 2015 – Dec 2015

Developed an application using C++ to implement the Knuth–Morris–Pratt algorithm. This algorithm is used to find the index of a pattern within a given string. This algorithm greatly assists in pattern matching and is extensively used in the search engines.
