JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Execution of all construction activities of Industrial Building, Farm Structured building.
Responsible for day to day site work.
Ensuring that all assigned work is completed on time and within agreed budgets.
Managing all site activities, mobilizing and directly supervising manpower resources for various types of job, resolving labor issues at site, and ensuring effective resource utilization to maximize the output.
Schedule and manage all the technical activities aiming at assuring project accuracy and quality from conception to completion.
Check and monitoring all incoming materials utilization with vendor’s approvals as per client standards.
Determines project schedule by monitoring project progress. Coordinating activities, resolving problems
Proper management of materials & workmanship.
Ensure that the work is as per the Project specifications.
Liaising with the project planning engineer regarding construction programs.
Liaising with clients, subcontractors and other professional staff, especially quantity surveyors and the overall project manager
