● As a member of the Army’s IPPS-A (Integrated Personnel Payroll Systems Army). Agile was the choice for managing the project I was a member of one of the scum teams. As defects were found

by the test team I was one of the developers to fix the defects using People code. I was part of the data team that I learned and developed programs using Abinito graphs.

● As a member of the Navy’s Personnel Modernization project, I used PeopleTools to build numerous online review and transactional pages for NSIPS, the Navy’s HR system, developed using

PeopleSoft HCM. For the review pages, I provided online buttons and BI Publisher reports to provide the user with the ability to retain or print the selected data in PDF form. Among the

transactional pages I developed was a complex functional page allowing the authorized user to identify Naval Reservists for Pre-Deployment processing using several criteria and to transfer them to

the NSIPS Mobilization function where they would be deployed to active duty using the data entered on my Pre-Deployment page.

● Worked with PeopleTools 8.55, PeopleSoft 9.2, and Oracle 11g.

technical design for a duplicate checking program for data that has the same employees working across multiple agencies. Performed the functional and technical design for converting the Job data for multiple

agencies. Wrote both conversion programs using SQR language. The Job conversion program had about 10,000 lines of code converting about 400,000 history records and 45,000 active employees, building about

15 Peoplesoft core tables. The duplicate checking program assigned new employee ids for all agency employees flagging the employees that were in multiple agencies as duplicates for special processing in the

Job load program.

Working in a role as Developer including SQR”S, People Code using Application Designer. Worked on enchantments to HRMS system as per the client’s request.

Working with People Tools 8.40, Oracle 10g, and PeopleSoft 8.8, in HCM/HR On a conversion team to convert Performance Management that was on the mainframe. In People Soft wrote SQR conversion programs to convert the data along with Application Engine People Tools. Tested and documented all phases of the conversion.

Working with People Tools 8.40, Oracle 10g, and PeopleSoft 8.8, in HCM/HR On a conversion team to convert the Law Department into People Soft Training Administration from an Access Data base. Wrote the majority of the conversion programs building staging tables, and then programs to update the PeopleSoft Tables, all programs written in SQR language. PeopleSoft Benefits HRMS 8.8 conversion team. Responsibilities include developing sqr programs to build tax data from the legacy mainframe system to build Federal, State and Local Tax Tables for about 10,000 employees.

Wrote conversion programs to build Dependent/Beneficiary Tables.

Built all shell scripts on UNIX platform for execution of all conversion programs.

Built run books to run the entire conversion process.

Responsible for the running of all of the conversion programs converting data from the legacy data to populate all of the Oracle PeopleSoft Tables on a UNIX platform.
