EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

Over thirty years ago, I entered the family business at Dalgleish Cadillac in Detroit as a recent college graduate. Simply put, there is no substitute for learning the automotive business from the ground up. During my tenure, I was exposed to all aspects of the business, providing a solid foundation as to how a large business should operate. I started on the sales floor and soon thereafter was responsible for the dealership’s day-to-day operations as the General Manager. Under my leadership, the dealership generated $330M of sales and service revenue. Furthermore, I was able to manage all fixed operation expenses to exceed industry standards. When I built my current business, Dalgleish Auto Sales, from the ground up over the last few years it has allowed me to gain an even broader knowledge base of the automobile business.
