Ensure the communication and relationship with government departments and authorities well maintained.

Follow-up the procedures for the appointment and registration of citizens with the Pension and Social Security Authority on the site

Follow up and open accounts for citizens at banks and coordinate with the Pension and Social Security Authority to pay monthly contributions and salaries

Assist the company and the employees with visa arrangements in Embassies.

Perform all the activities related to new recruits and the termination of employees that require liaison with government department.

Accurate preparation of documents according to the requirement of the legal authorities.

Coordinate with HR admin manager on issues relating to new recruits in terms of visas, housing and documentation requires for legal purpose.

Prepare all documents relating to visas, sponsorships, labor cards, licenses and permits in Arabic, for submission to the appropriate authorities.

Lease with HR Manager to ensure that the personnel files includes all the information requested by regulations prevailing in the UAE and are up to date.

Pays employees by calculating pay; distributing checks; maintaining records.

Ensure maintenance of accurate data base on visa, work permit and passports and its timely renewals. Maintain effective passport control

Follow-up the company’s various transactions with the planning Department, Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Ministry of Economy, DM and other Government Department

Maintain a copy all laws and regulations that relate to the company’s staff.

Enhance a data base covering of the company requirements including all visa and residence permits showing names of employee, department and section, expiry date of visa/residence, renewal, passport expiry date, home address, driving license, agencies registration, motor vehicle registration, trade license, and issuance of the permits from critical national infrastructure authority.

Submit detailed reports related to visa expenses to the finance department.

Coordinate the activities of leasing accommodation for the staff entitled for accommodation and purchasing furniture.

Manage manpower and labor court disputes by liaising with the relevant government department, obtaining supporting documentation and facilitating the process to successful outcome.

Maintain files correspondences relating to the various activities

Ensures that the company or employees do not receive any avoidable fines from the government due to overstay or as a result of not managing renewals of visas, licenses etc. on time.

Any other responsibility /task assigned by management that relates to the context of this role
