I have done a project on “Internet Banking” in Punjab National Banking, PNB. Study was conducted to find out the awareness level of the customers of PNB, when it comes to using of the internet for banking transaction in Delhi and its nearby areas. Study was also carried out to find about the current market trends in order to promote their internet banking. This study provided PNB with detailed analysis of services offered by other banks, prospective customers with their profiles, inhibitions of existing customers, merits and demerits, etc. Talking to the customers and guiding them to the benefits of Internet Banking.
