I am writing this letter to express my interest for the social media assistant position that was posted via by Adnopsis.

As you can see from the enclosed resume, I have six years of prior work experience as a staff writer, journalist, and content creator. My resume shows extensive interest in investigative journalism, content creation, and communications.

Much of my work involves managing social media channels, finding and curating content, drafting language, media pitching, managing blogger outreach, researching and working with influencers, curating and distributing press releases, email marketing, campaign management, among other things.

Most recently, I’ve compiled and contributed to newsletters, press coverage, updated media logs, and proofreading posts, as needed. Softwares like Hootsuite, Zoho Social, Power Editor, and MailChimp have helped me with social media reporting including tracking analytics and managing Ads effectively.
