As a systems solutions analyst for Clark builders, CB rentals, Northstar, CB metals and CB industrial, I was responsible for all day to day maintenance, trouble shooting and projects (occasionally on call). Besides full support, I was managing user accounts across the board (AD, Exchange, Google apps and 3rd party vendors) also creating custom security groups to manage user access to shared drives. Besides projects I was averaging a minimum of 300 tickets per month as well as providing full documentation.
