C.R. Bard/Becton-Dickinson: Worked with their Development/Planning team to provide SOP documentation and user test scripts for guidance and quality assurance during their migration from TrackWise to ServiceMax.

Princeton Theological Seminary: Served as an administrator and instructor for their implementation of Confluence.
