Seeking a full time position in the Hotel business setting in the Housekeeping Manager field.

Cleaned check –out and occupied rooms completely, changed linens and provided additional linens or supplies to guests, checked rooms completely to make sure nothing was damaged and reporting it back to the manager. Trained new Housekeeping personal and follow hotel policies and procedure.

Open House Staybridge Suite Time Square – New York October 2010 – June 2011. Housekeeper. Cleaned check –out and occupied rooms completely, changed linens and provided additional linens or supplies to guests, checked rooms completely to make sure nothing was damaged and reporting it back to the manager. Trained new Housekeeping personal and follow hotel policies and procedure.

EDUCATION:

High School Diploma Graduated from Maria Dolores Zeno High School, Dominican Republic, 2002.

Marketing University Diploma, Dominican Republic 2002-2006 (completed 4 years).

SKILLS:

Excellent communications skills, Bilingual, Strong organizational and decision making skills, strong sense of teamwork, very attentive and caring to all customers.

Knowledge of computers: Microsoft Word and Excel.
