Ø Project Description:

Sales pipeline and Agency 360 are two entities. Sales pipeline provides ability to Agency Management Specialists (AMS) and FMS to track and update all information at all phases in one place. Agency 360 helps AMS to enhance their relationships with their agency partners by creating a system that provides centralized Agency Management information from all the 360 degrees. Which would help AMS in prospecting of new agents, managing the workflow for appointing new agents and managing the existing agents.

The goal of the Agency 360-Sales Pipeline project is to integrate agent information and sales pipeline information with CRM (Customer Relationship Management System). The data is extracted from CRM application through SSIS packages and transformed with Informatica ETL tool and feed it back to CRM application. Also we generate reports with SSRS reporting tool. Ø Contribution:

• I worked in all phases from requirement gathering, design, development and deployment.

Ø Project Description:

Allstate Roadside Service (ARS) is an insurance company which offers reimbursement for towing and roadside service, trip planning, arrest bond certificate, theft reward, accidental death insurance and payment for legal services to its customers. Allstate Motor Club (AMC) is an integrated management system and part of ARS which handles the common functions of enrolment, fulfillment, member/club/promotion information support, claims, billing and standard reporting via additional subsystems. ARS deals with multiple interfaces and we use Informatica on Unix environment to do various data processing and data integration and conversions/transmissions across interfaces. Ø Contribution:

• I worked in all phases of the project from Design, development and to deployment.
