WORKING EXPERIENCE
(1)August 22 to date: Working for Sameer Africa Company ( Yana tyres) as
- Sales and Stocks Administrator.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Generate quotations as per the customers’ requests.
Receive orders from customers, do stock transfers, receive stocks into the SAP system and generate receipts.
Invoice tyres correctly according to sizes and ensure correct sizes are dispatched to the customer.
Assist with tyres identification, suitability, pricing and availability check.
Update back orders and delivery dates and report daily.
Organize tyre stacking, picking, stocktaking, and post to the system.
Ensure VAT is correctly applied to quotes and invoices and issue fiscal receipt for all invoices as required.
Capture lost sales in the SAP system to help in order generation.
Responds to and handle customer complaints, enquiries and claims promptly.
Provides customers service assistance in terms of technical advice and enquiries by customers.
Accurate preparation of monthly sales target and the KPI.
Responsible for general customer experience and wellbeing.

Duties and responsibilities:
Monitor the consumption level for the materials and advices on the re-ordering activities
Receiving all the stationery items from the supplies and verify supplies against requisition notes, orders, delivery notes and invoices.
Safeguarding materials reorder levels by establishing a maximum and minimum stocks so as to avoid overstocking and under stocking
Processing purchasing documents including purchase orders, invoices and delivery notes for payments recommendation
Raising materials purchase request as and when it is required by common user departments
Determine and maintain recorded stationery stocks levels, lead time, buffer stocks and safety levels. Checking and preventing possible inventory loss through damages and pilferage.
Participate in periodic stock taking exercise for all items of inventory and reconcile physical stocks, ledger balances and raises report on the obsolete, slow moving and damaged materials,
Responsible for issuing of materials to user departments and keeping up-to-date records of the same.
