Worked on Track Software that provides project/contract management for various industries.

Worked in a small software development team that build and maintain Track, a cloud based solution for project/contract management, currently used by all the major oil companies in the USA. Actively participated in development and maintenance of this product. Took part in integrating the solution with Azure working with Microsoft Architects. Engaged completely in an Agile Software development process. Used Visual Studio 2017 with .Net 4.5/TFS for development and tracking. Major software deployment support – Designed and developed tools and a web dashboard to support completely new software rollout for USPS. As a part of it, I developed few .NET tools including UI component, WCF components and windows services. I used ASP.NET MVC4, C#, HTML5, JavaScript and Microsoft Charts to develop this graphic intensive Web Application.

Postal SSK (Self Service Kiosk) Testing – Engaged in functional and regression testing of the Self- Service Kiosks(SSK) developed for USPS. Oklahoma State Employer Security Commission – Maintained the State Employer Tax portal web site, a ASP.NET site developed using VB.NET. I was in-charge of all the operations and maintenance activities for the complete portal.

Oklahoma State Benefits Payment Control project – Worked as a .NET software developer implementing various external interfaces to support the benefit payment control system developed for employer benefit fraud detection. Used C#, WCF, SQL Server

Hilton Worldwide project – Working as the IT architect for the IBM development team working on Hilton Worldwide Reservation System. Actively engaged interfacing with the client to identify the necessary software changes and worked with the team to deliver them on time.

Software Modernization for USPS – Assumed a leadership role on a proposal project where a legacy retail system written in C++ needed to be modernized to a new service oriented retail system. I engaged with the team to decide on technologies and architecture direction for modernization and gave leadership to the development effort. Used Microsoft.NET as the new technology platform with WPF/Silverlight, WCF, and Entity Framework. Trained team members on Microsoft Technologies used in this proposal demo.

Clustered Satellite Project – Took part in developing an object-oriented network software component for a large distributed software development project for NASA JPL. This project was abandoned due to budget cuts.

Engineered software solutions for multiple small-scale projects. Microsoft.NET technologies were used as the primary development platform while engaging in minor development and integration using Java. Managed small projects with 1-2 developers.

Programmed Biometric devices and created interfaces to capture labor activities to feed them to an Enterprise Time Management Software system efficiently in a distributed environment.

Designed a Windows based Kiosk for US Air force to interface with the Time Management System. Development using C#/.NET.

Designed and implemented distributed application to support test paper correction in a school system. Developed various other applications to support data conversions between legacy school system and a web based administrative application.

All the development activities are done using C#/.NET technologies with SQL Server. I was also engaged in training my team and supporting clients.

Design and developed large software systems in a CMMI Level 3 development environment on Windows platform.

Engaged in a leading role in architecture and implementation of a distributed framework to develop a software distribution system to support software upgrades for over 5000 retail locations across USA. The project was done for United States Postal Service. This role involved designing and development of agent based distributed system from ground up on a Windows platform using a highly object- oriented design using C++. This system was design with many design patterns. This system has been in production for over 12 years serving USPS to distribute software upgrades to postal locations.

Designed and developed an ASP.Net web based status monitoring mechanism to monitor software upgrade process of over 5000 retail locations over a network. Interoperable web services were used to retrieve data from a C++ implementation to a front-end web implementation. Worked in a VAX/AlphaDEC computing environment with OpenVMS and Digital Unix, maintaining protocol

Developed an object oriented, real-time, distributed, System Status Monitoring system in C++ and Java. I also acted as a major participant in the company intranet development team.
