Revamped standard shipping and receiving procedures to reduce product errors. Drove “first pick” accuracy from 87% to 98%.

In a down market, increased sale from prior year $1.3MM, (2006 – 2007)

Increased over-all branch margins by 2.25% utilizing vendor discounts and favorable product selection.

Established business relationships with several of the largest builders in the Milwaukee metropolitan area which generated and additional $700,000 in gross sales for FY2006.

Reduced case cost by 15% (.542/cents/case to .467 cents/case).

Increased warehouse productivity by 8% through re-slotting warehouse pick areas and equipment selection.
