International foodservice & retail bakery manufacturer producing upscale frozen European inspired pastries, breads, doughs, croissants, and desserts.

Regional Sales Manager

Execute strategic sales plans for this high end bakery manufacturer providing doughs and finished bulk goods to food service and retail distribution channels. Oversee and manage expansive territory including Western United States, Alaska, and Canada. Generate optimum sales results through active listening, leading and coaching sales personnel in addition to direct end user responsibility.

Exceed territory profit goal by 106% (2017) through depleting distributor SMR, controlling sample, travel budgets and distributor price exeptions and rebates.
