Maintaining current project budget, including cost allocations and estimated cost at completion
Conducting monthly Administrative Review with Senior Management, and communicating the latest budget and scheduling changes for review and analysis
Updating the project portfolio with or on behalf of the Project Manager, and assisting in the roll up reporting and details needed for quarterly reports
Coordinating and working closely with Project Managers and the Contracts Administration Team on a daily basis to resolve issues

Project: $396M 25 Unit Revamp, H2S & Mercaptan projects: To upgrade it’s refinery to be able to improve the facility’s efficiency to process a capacity of 320,000 barrels of crude per day and also to reduce emissions of nitrogen oxide and sulfur dioxide.
Achievements:
oExceptional ability to organize large amounts of data and timely delivery of customer reports. Building a pivot tables to enable to analyse the change request data over the life of the project as well as providing pivot tables to track the spend on indirect labor by month.
oCreated CR (Change Request) metrics by the level of authority and the “true value of work” should be reflected on the change request and not to be used to adjust productivity.
