Job Profile

Performing Nursing assessment, Plan, Implement & Evaluate nursing care rendered, Observe and monitor patient for and due development and refer as necessary, work independently with other health professionals, providing chest physiotherapy, ECG taking IV Cannulation, insertion of urinary catheter, Nasogastric tube etc.

Assist surgeon in major procedure like laprotomy, nailing, TKR & THR etc.

Collect blood samples necessary for investigation.

Initiate CPR during Cardio Pulmonary arrest.

Provide ventilator, care, Hygienic care of the unit and equipment. Infection control, Skin Care, maintain nutritional need, proper drug administration, injections IV, S/C, IM, oral medication. Isolation and septic technique parental therapy including TPN, Electrolytes, Blood & Blood products.

Assisting and measuring ABP & CVP

Nebulization, Steam Inhalation, Ryle’s tube feeding & Suctioning,. Tracheotomy care, Dressing of major & minor wounds, bladder wash and bowel wash.

Administration of enemas & suppositories, O2 inhalation.
