PROJECT LEADER, GLOBAL WEB/eBUSINESS (2010-2017)

Successfully led end to end management and delivery of targeted Web/eBusiness projects using Project Management Life Cycle methodology. Drove definition of project scope and deliverables to support business goals. Worked with all stakeholders to provide detailed technical requirements to offshore Philippines development team. Managed changes in project scope and devise contingency plans. Regular status report delivery and result analysis to all stakeholders. Partnered with Quality Assurance team performing Systems Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to insure quality. Utilized MS Project for developing comprehensive project plans.

Led implementation of the Critical Shortage Escalation tool (provided by third party vendor, Formverse) to track and manage product shortages. Application is being used by 90 + individuals.

Led design and implementation of the first mobile tablet and web application for the Energy Systems division. This new technology was introduced to capture installation defects at key customer job sites.

Successfully led the migration of over 20 applications and data into upgraded SharePoint 2013 global portal environment.

Led design and implementation of a new office supplies purchasing tool for the Mexicali office (Mexico) used by both internal and external stakeholders.

WEB APPLICATIONS ANALYST (2005-2009)

Designed and developed Lotus Notes applications utilized in business processing until 2008.

Responsibilities shifted in 2008 with the company decision to transition to .NET Framework and the move to an offshore development team. New responsibilities included delivering detailed .NET/SharePoint requirements to a new offshore team and managing the migration of legacy applications to the .NET framework/SharePoint WSS.

Managed delivery of the IT hardware/software purchasing approval application developed in .NET Framework. Tool was used to capture IT equipment requests by employees.

Managed the international roll out of a new product forecasting tool for North America and Europe. Travelled to Europe to meet business partners. Project required working with the ERP team to retrieve proper SAP data used to forecast.

Became proficient in the utilization of SharePoint WSS and SharePoint Designer 2007 to address changing responsibilities.

Used Domino Global Workbench tool to add Spanish translation to the Documentation Library application for the Reynosa plant.
