Job Description:

1)Prepares 201 Files of newly hired and contractual employees

2)Maintains and updates 201 files of employees

3)Segregates 201 files of resigned and separated employees

4)Ensures orderliness and confidentiality of records

5)Assists the HR Officer in the preparation and circulation of inter office memorandum

6)Provides support to the Human Resources Department in addressing daily personnel concerns via phone call or personal visit

7)Maintaining adequate levels of administrative support to all internal and external employees

8)Conducts initial interviews to applicants

9)Conducts company orientation to newly hired employees and interns

10) Recommends training program for Rank and File employees

11) Assists the HR Officer in the preparation and facilitation of training for employees

12) Provides the Day-to-day schedule of employees (Meal Schedule/ Time Schedule) to be given in the Hotel’s Cafeteria and in Security Department.

13) Monitors all forms such as: leave request slip, overtime authorization slip and sleeping form to those employees who submits it
