Led Burger King #03505 in fast food sales as the 3rd highest grossing unit in a franchise of nearly 270 locations nationwide. Strategic Restaurants is one of the larger and more successful franchisees for the entire global Burger King brand.

Managed overall staff of 35+ employees and 2 Assistant and 2 Shift Managers. Also trained 2 new shift managers and recruited an external manager for the location.

Led the location to institute best practices, according to Strategic Restaurant’s & Burger King quality management principles. These applied methods were regularly audited by upper management, outsourced quality assurance companies and the Burger King Corporation itself.

Managed franchise locations for RFS with a combined $2.2 million in annual sales. Business operations included all phases of small business management for a combined staff of 30. During my tenure, the Elk Grove location was 2nd highest grossing unit in the franchise – from a previous position within lower 10 grossing units, while maintaining one of the lowest levels of employee turnover and blow franchise average food costs.
