Land Administration: Processing and recording acquired leases and delivering a final lease packet to the client. Facilitating the negotiation of oil and gas leases, assignments, farm-outs and farm-ins. Analyzing, interpreting, negotiating and preparing land related documents including, operating agreements, communization agreements, commingling agreements, letter agreements, surface use agreements, road easements and pipeline right-of-way agreements, among others.
