My ad-hoc Office Management duties include executing a $50k budget 4k sqft office remodel space from site visits, vendor procurement, furniture acquisition, and assembly, wellness/fun days, anniversary/birthday happy hours, OSHA/IIPP quizzes, recruiting, on-boarding/off-boarding remote,temp, and permanent staff, new hire set up, revamping full employee lifecycle from screening, professional development, and separation/retirement, as well as vendor/snack/maintenance management for three regions and remote staff. I’ve also executed all hands workshops, staff retreats, and on-site summer camps.
As the Executive Assistant to the CEO, my responsibilities include heavy external scheduling and meeting confirmation, travel arrangements, expense reporting, deck creation, meeting prep/de-briefs for action items, and Board and Advisory Council engagement. I also have extensive experience handling confidential/proprietary matters, client confidentiality, and high net worth individuals, celebrities, and social clubs.
