As the short-term resource I joined the existing project team and contributed to the planning and construction of a new solution. I was accountable to the Solution Architect and Project Manager for the delivery of E1 related project tasks. I leveraged the existing requirements and work to complete the work. During the discovery process and business process design stages it was discovered most of the staff was not properly trained and a new curriculum had to be developed, and that the current As-Is Financial, Fixed Assets, Procurement and Inventory set up would not suit the CAM functionalities. The projects, along with the deliverables were altered to meet the new functionalities requirements with a new project to realign the procurement and Inventory.
