As the sole pharmacist/staff member on duty for 12 hour shifts, precisely manages all pharmacy transactions and ensures accurate control over and accountability for all scripts. Maintains extremely high standards across all drug protocols, including strict monitoring of HIPAA and FDA compliance, potential adverse interactions, and updating of recalled and new drug information. Provides comprehensive DURs in a culturally appropriate and understanding manner, and additionally oversees key pharmacy business aspects, including issue resolution, inventory management, CII counts, projected demand during specific seasons, and other critical KPIs.

Maintains an impeccable track record of achieving positive shrink at every position held to date, with the most recent inventory report at the Feasterville location showing $10K in positive shrink. Has also significantly increased inventory turns and reduced out of stock percentages.

Drove MTM completion rate from zero to 100% in less than a year, achieved a 27% increase in immunization sales this season alone.
