Duties included:

To assist the Project HSE Manager in the organization, management & audit of HSE management within the project. Prepare pre- outage documentation before the start of the site activities in accordance with company standard.

To participate in construction site, implementing, monitoring & updating the HSE management system of the project.

To participate in organizing & coordinating the HSE Performance, surveillance of contractor/sub-contractor& evaluate their HSE performance within the project.

To organize & conduct basic firefighting training & conduct regular drill as drills as stipulated in the drill plan.

To oversee, maintain & periodically service all fire-fighting rescue & emergency response equipment in building, construction yard & emergency vehicles.

To lead Emergency Response Team & assist in the operation.

Safety Briefing/ Safety Induction for Visitor or New comers.

To issue Safety Alert/ Weekly Toolbox Talk/ News bulletin.

Knowledgeable in activities such as scaffolding, welding, blasting/painting, habitat, hydro testing, Non Destructive Test (NDT), lifting and hoisting, rigging, confined space entry, commissioning, Bolt Tensioning and hot work.

Experience in engineering construction, transportation and installation activities/ processes.
