Project: LIWA PLASTICS INDUSTRIES COMPLEX (LPIC) - ORPIC -OMAN Size of Project:

After LPIC, plastics production will be increased by 1 million tonnes, giving Orpic a total of 1.4 million tonnes of polyethylene and polypropylene production by 2019.

Job Responsibilities:

Stress Analysis of critical lines connected to Turbine, Vessels, Columns, Vacuum Tower, Air Coolers, cod box, Flare lines & Rack Lines.

Design of pipe supports and Civil and structural loading calculation.

Calculations for -Flange leakage check, trunnion check, PSV force.

Stress analysis of gas pipelines connected to pig launcher& receivers.

Analysis of thermoplastic material 18” water transportation header by code ISO 14692.

Selection of anchor thrust blocks based on failure of pipeline in stresses.

Description of Project:

The project comprises a 1,195 ton-per-day plant for the production of nitric acid, which is then processed into either granulated calcium ammonium nitrate (CAN) fertilizer (2,000 tons per day) or ammonium nitrate (AN) fertilizer (1,550 tons per day).

Job Responsibilities:

Preparation of critical line list.

Done static analysis for lines connected to Turbines, Pumps, Storage Tanks, Columns, Heat exchangers and Pressure Vessels for occasional loads like

Wind, Seismic, and Snow.

Stress analysis of jacketed lines, Steam lines.

Project: EPC CPF PHASE-1 AT BADRA OIL FIELD

Client: GAZPROM NEFT

Description of Project:

The project consists of building and installation of a pump station, oil storage facilities, and oil metering station, and other required equipment to begin producing oil at Badra with daily production reaching 170,000 barrels.

Job Responsibilities:

Modeling and Stress analysis of piping connected to Pump, Heat exchanger, Colum, Pressure vessels, Tanks.

Modeling and Stress analysis of underground GRE lines.

Project: PETROBRAS P-58 & P-62 Units (FPSO Project) Client: TECHNIP KT

Description of Project

The units will produce oil at the Norte do Parque das Baleias and Roncador fields, respectively, and will be moored in water depths ranging between 4,593 and 5,249 feet to peak oil production to reach 473,000 bopd.

Description of Project:

The project consisted of flare lines and PSV lines. Job Responsibilities:
