I am presently looking for a job in an office.
I have an administrative certificate at South Suburban College. I have secretarial, reception and office experience. I have managed the front desk, scheduled appointments, routed phone calls, took accurate messages, typed legal documents, court documentation, client billing, transcription of dictation, MS Office, email and internet.
I have many years of being a legal secretary. This includes heavy dictation and typing of major legal documents. I have also managed the reception area during lunch breaks.
