Oil/Chemical Spill Response/Recovery/Evacuation of Recovered Crude oil/ Clean-up & Remediation of the impacted soil.

Management of Oil/Chemical Spills from cradle to grave [containment, recovery, cleanup and natural attenuation [excavation of contaminated top soil/tilling of soil to restore aeration and microorganisms].
Maintain objective and balanced relations with the contractor, acting as a conduit to the contract holder.
Carry out pre-audit inspections (both personnel and materials)
Attendance at kick-off meetings and HSE meetings
Supervise the contract and monitor progress daily to verify compliance with contract requirements
Perform assurance check on contractor's review and inspections and follow them up.
Identification and Documentation of accident/incident, unsafe acts/Conditions and reporting
Verify hazards and effects management controls, as specified in the contractor's HSE plan.
Monitor and identify deficiencies in contractor's HSE plan and agree remedial actions with the contractor.
Instigate sanctions if a remedial action does not happen, in consultation with the contract holders.
Initiate and complete contract close out in conjunction with the contract holder.
