Reports to the Manager and works for the whole training and personnel fleet team

Provides full secretarial support to Training & Personnel Fleet Department.

Prepares presentations for management and engineering meetings.

Manages the Personnel Fleet Department filing system.

Provides technical support including the preparation of graphs, reports and updating the Personnel Fleet Department database.

Provides scheduling of visitors and appointments for the Personnel Fleet Department.
